To make a simple perfume at home, you primarily need two main components:

1. Perfume Concentrate: This is the fragrant oil blend that provides the scent. You can choose from various fragrance oils available.
2. Base/Solvent: This is typically alcohol, which helps to dilute the fragrance oil and allows the scent to disperse when applied. Perfumer's alcohol is commonly used.

Simple Steps:

1. Choose your desired perfume concentrate (fragrance oil).
2. Mix the fragrance oil with the alcohol base. The ratio can vary depending on the desired strength (e.g., Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette), but a common starting point for Eau de Parfum is around 15-20% fragrance oil to 80-85% alcohol. For a simpler approach, you can start with a smaller percentage of fragrance oil and add more until you reach your preferred strength.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Allow the mixture to mature for a period (usually a few weeks in a cool, dark place) to allow the scents to meld together.
