Hi-LiconeA™ Licorice Extract (Licochalcone A 20%) is a powder that is soluble in Glycol (such as Propylene Glycol) but not in water. The recommended mixing method is to dissolve it in Glycol first before adding it to your formulation. It is not directly soluble in natural oils or oil-based gels like Fractionated Coconut Oil Gel. If you require a water-soluble version, please consider the Licochalcone A 1%, Water-Soluble product.
