Based on the staff's recommendation:
- For adding a small amount of Essential Oil (around 0.1%) to your Cleansing Water formula using Makeup Wash (PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides), you can use the Makeup Wash itself as the solubilizer.
- Mix the Essential Oil with the Makeup Wash first before adding the mixture to the water phase.
- If you need to incorporate a higher concentration of Essential Oil or fragrance, it is recommended to use Flora Solve Clear as the solubilizer instead.
