Stock Status Update

Regarding the stock status of Pentylene Glycol (Low-Odor), it is currently out of stock for an extended period. There is no definite restock date yet as the shipment is pending from the origin.

GlucoBright™ (Acetyl Glucosamine) is expected to be back in stock towards the end of this month.

If you attempt to place an order that includes items that are out of stock, the system will not allow the order to be completed. If an order somehow goes through with an out-of-stock item, the company policy is to issue a voucher as a refund for that item.
