Substitute for PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil

What is a suitable substitute for PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil with similar properties, and how should it be mixed?

We do not currently have PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil available for sale.
However, we found that PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil has similar properties and can be used as a substitute.
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is a surfactant derived from the reaction between Hydrogenated Castor Oil and Ethylene Oxide. This is a special grade with low odor and can be used in oral care products. It is popularly known by the trade name CREMOPHOR RH 40.
Mixing Instructions: Mix PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil with other oils in your formulation first, then gradually add this mixture to water and blend to dissolve in water.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from sunlight. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
