Can Melatonin Forte and Biotin Express be used in a formula applied near the eyes, such as for eyelashes? Is there a risk of eye irritation?

Based on the staff's response, this formula is not recommended for use on eyelashes because Melatonin Forte and Biotin Express can cause eye irritation. The staff did not provide an adjusted formula.
