Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil in Shower Oil

Adding Sweet Almond Oil to your shower oil formulation provides moisturizing benefits and naturally contains some Vitamin E. However, Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) serves a specific purpose as an antioxidant, helping to protect the oils in your formula from oxidation and extending their shelf life. While Sweet Almond Oil contributes some Vitamin E, adding additional Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) is still beneficial for enhancing the stability of the product and providing antioxidant benefits to the skin.

Regarding the Oil Blender, if you have increased the total amount of oil in your formulation by adding Sweet Almond Oil, you will likely need to increase the amount of Oil Blender™ as well. Oil Blender™ helps to properly blend the different oils and achieve a smooth texture. The recommended usage rate for Oil Blender™ is typically 1-5%, with 3.0-3.5% being a common recommendation. Adjust the percentage based on the total oil phase to achieve your desired consistency and ensure all oils are well blended.
