Water Makeup Remover Formula for Waterproof Makeup

To create a water-based makeup remover that can effectively remove waterproof makeup, you can use MakeUp-Wash™ (PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides). This ingredient forms micelles when mixed with water, which helps to thoroughly and deeply remove makeup, including waterproof types, without drying the skin.

Here is an example formula for a cleansing water using MakeUp-Wash™:

• MakeUp-Wash™: 3%
• Emollient (such as Glycerin or Butylene Glycol): 5-10%
• Water: The rest (up to 100%)

Mixing Method: Add MakeUp-Wash™ to the water and mix. Do not add water to MakeUp-Wash™.

Usage Rate: You can use MakeUp-Wash™ at a rate of 1-10%. For washing or wiping makeup, a recommended concentration is 3-5%. If it causes eye stinging, reduce the concentration.
