Light Cream Maker™ is an oil-in-water system emulsifier and thickener that works without heat. Can be used in a pH range of 2.5-11 and can contain up to 20% oil. Easy to use, just mix in the oil-phase in case of oil-phase, or can mix in water-phase without oil-phase ( which will act as a thickener)

If the formula contains an electrolyte as an ingredient Light Cream Maker™ can tolerate electrolyte which can fill Light Cream Maker™ in larger portions In order to create the desired viscous creamy consistency in the electrolyte state in the formulation ( Light Cream Maker™ cannot be used in high electrolyte formulations )

The resulting cream is light, smooth, and easily absorbed into the skin. no gooey

What is an electrolyte and if there is an electrolyte in the formula, what should be done?

An electrolyte is any substance that contains Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, such as Sodium Lactate, Sodium PCA, Natural Moisturizing Amino Acids (due to the content of Sodium PCA), Zinc PCA, DMAE, Azelaic Acid, Lactic Acid and Aloe Vera Extract. including many types of natural extracts Because these natural extracts are often Sodium/Magnesium/Calcium/Potassium in the plant)

When creating a cream with electrolyte in the formula, the cream will soften (more liquid). The viscosity of the cream can be increased by using Light Cream Maker™ in larger quantities (e.g. from normal 1% must be increased to 2-3%)

additional steps If the formula contains a large amount of electrolyte

To mix according to the various steps until the end. Separate the electrolyte-containing ingredients first, e.g. in formulas containing Sodium Lactate, Sodium PCA,Zinc PCA or DMAE, these ingredients should be kept separate. Do not rely on mixing at any stage. By allowing the mixture to have a creamy finish first. Then add the electrolyte-containing ingredients little by little until the cream is softened, add more Light Cream Maker. to make the cream thick again and then add the aforementioned ingredients Keep repeating until you can add all the ingredients. The cream still has the desired level of thickness.

Ingredient example And how to use Light Cream Maker™ to create a cream for dry skin.

1.Water 71%

2.Shea Butter Ultra Soft 5%

3.Sweet Almond Oil 5%

4.Vitamin B5 3%

5.MOIST72 3%

6.WaterLock 2%

7.Repair Activator 10%

8.Light Cream Maker™ 1%

step

A: Mix all parts of water (1+4+5+6+7) and stir until dissolved.

B: Mix the oil parts (2+3) together and heat about 50 degrees to allow the Shea Butter to melt into the other oils.

Add Light Cream Maker™ to B, stir and mix A+B together, stirring continuously. You will get cream in 1-5 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Try blending or stirring to allow the Light Cream Maker™ to spread and create the smoothest texture. If spinning or not enough people Creamy texture when applied to the skin. Flaky may occur.

Customization:

-To thicken the cream, use a larger ratio of Light Cream Maker™ (1.5%, 2.0%).

- Be careful not to use too much. Makes the cream very thick It cannot be packed in a pump bottle because the pump cannot suck.

- If you want to use oil in the recipe in quantities greater than 20% can be used Milk Lotion Maker helps to coordinate the meat to increase the stability of the formula (Requires heat in the mixing process)

Light Cream Maker™ can bond silicone with (water-silicone or water-silicone-oil) silicone should not exceed 10% of the formula. formula like Cyclomethicone

Use: As an emulsifier or thickener in creams, lotions, serums or gels.

Mixing method: Mix in oil-phase or water-phase, see above. should not over spin 2500 rpm This will damage the polymer and weaken the formula.

Usage rate: 0.5-3% (choose according to the amount of oil that must be soldered and the desired viscosity, recommend 1-1.5%)

Product characteristics: Milky liquid, frequent temperature changes can cause stratification. Please shake before use. does not compromise any performance

Solubility: can dissolve in water, oil

Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the lid of the bottle tightly. and protected from sunlight or heat, the product has a shelf life of at least 2 years
