ColdMix™ type is soluble in cold water. do not need to be warm by mixing according to this step

1. Centrifuge HPMC powder ColdMix™ to be dispersed in water throughout at room temperature will get turbid liquid and still no viscosity

2. Add alkali such as triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH higher in the range of 8.5-9.0, spinning continuously. HPMC ColdMix™ will melt and thicken. Blend continuously until you get a clear gel.

3. Adjust the pH to the desired range by HPMC ColdMix™ is pH resistant in the range of 3-11. 

 

Use: for all kinds of products who want to increase viscosity Add gel (thickening)

How to mix: Mix in water (water-phase). Please refer to the instructions above.

Utilization rate: 0.5-3% (depending on the required viscosity)

Product characteristics: white powder

Solubility: able to disperse in water and soluble at pH > 8.5

Storage: For long-term storage Store at room temperaturedo not expose to sunlight and avoid moisture
