How does PCMX make the water clear?

Please ask if you use PCMX 4.8% + Pine Oil + Emulsifier When mixed together, how do you make the water clear?

PCMX 100% Powder often has problems in dissolving. Chloroxylenol (PCMX) (15% Water Soluble) will be easier. because it has already dissolved
