Essence viscosity adjustment

Hi, please give me some advice, I am trying to make Essence with the following ingredients. But found the problem of meat clumping as shown in the picture by thickener also tried. Xanthan Gum 0.3% , Pro Polymer 0.5% I would like some advice on what to use. thickener which one can i get? DI Water qs 100 Glycerin 3 Pure Succinic acid 1 Licorice Extract ( Glabridin 4.5% ) 0.2 Brewery Yeast 0.3 Yeast Radiance 0.3 Ascorbyl Glucoside s 0.3 White Egg Enzyme 0.3 BG 1 Moist 24 2.5 Mild Preserved Eco 1

Hello, caused by Acnezyme does not match Xanthan Gum , Pro Polymer if you don't want to cut it. Acnezyme out of the formula, use Gel Maker without charge, such as HEC.
