Can you please suggest which substance can be used to make mousse on my hair?

Want to make a mousse for your hair? But I don't know which substance will help the mousse texture. Not compressed gas.

Hello, to make a mousse, you need to use gas. The gas will create bubbles to create a mousse texture.
