Gardenia Yellow Pigment สีเหลือง จากการ์ดีเนีย (powder) Substance This can evaporate Or can it be exposed to light and make it fade?

Hello, this type of color is not volatile. The color is quite resistant to light. But there will be problems with pH values that are too high or too low. may cause color change
