I would like to ask for a simple Hair Tonic recipe that focuses on stimulating new hair growth. DI Water 97% Melatonin Forte 1% Biotin Express 1% Phenoxyethanol 1%, is this enough? Then in the formula it is necessary to put Ethyl Alcohol Thank you.

Hello, there should be a recommendation in the formula. Ethyl Alcohol to help it be absorbed into the scalp. Faster, recommend 5-10% สารกันเสีย Recommended Mild Preserved Eco 1% will be gentle. than Phenoxyethanol
