Ask about making a scrub.

If you want to make an emulsion cream scrub, there are water phase, oil phase and Emulsifier Rinse off and the cream turns into milk. Will there be any chemicals you recommend?

Hello, if it's an emulsion cream, the formula is already white. When I wash it out, is it white already?
