Yes, but it doesn't need to be melted until clear. Phytosphingosine can be added to the cream formula which may contain 1-2% of these organic solvents, warmed and blended.

LC Cream Maker can act as a synergist. Dimethicone already got it. don't have to SiliSolve again, cut it out Xanthan Gum The rate is too high, reduced to 0.5%, enough is enough.
