anti wrinkle serum Can this recipe be mixed?

Please suggest. Can this serum be mixed? 1. Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) = 38% 2. Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate = 35% 3. Repair Activator = 15% 4. Witch Hazel = 10% 5. Rosemary Essential Oil = 2%, very multiplied.

Hello, you can add various ingredients to base Aloe Vera Gel and blend them together.
