Make the shampoo according to this formula. After leaving it for 1 day, the shampoo becomes clumpy and mixed with liquid. What caused it? How can I fix it?

water 65.9%

Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate 20%

polyquaternium 10 3%

Cocamidopropyl Betaine 10%

guar cat 0.1%

nacl 0.5%

Phenoxyethanol 0.5%
