Ask about dissolving ingredients in oil.

Postby stone.fire » Sat Nov 04, 2023 9:59 am

I have a question about dissolving ingredients in oil. I want to make oil for massaging the scalp to stimulate blood circulation and reduce hair loss, along with the LLLT laser cap. As far as research goes, there are 2 interesting ingredients: Clover Flower Extract (Biochanin A 98%) and Saw Palmetto ( Fatty Acids 45%) that still have doubts is

- Understand that to dissolve Clover Flower Extract (Biochanin A 98%) is to dissolve it with Dimethyl Isosorbide (DMI) by heating and then dissolve it in oil again. Is this correct? Will this substance deteriorate when heated?

- Another substance is Saw Palmetto ( Fatty Acids 45%). Which substance should I use to help dissolve it? So that it can be dissolved in oil.

Other components The formula is pure oil.

Sandal Pentanol ( Sandalore ) , Jojoba Oil , Grape Seed Oil , Pomegranate Seed Oil , Pumpkin Seed Oil , Argan Oil , Lavender Oil , Rosemary Oil , Sandalwood Oil , Cedarwood Oil

Please ask for advice from the team and everyone.

hello

Saw Palmetto ( Fatty Acids 45%) cannot be dissolved. It will not be suitable for use in cosmetics. This item is sold as raw material for dietary supplements. It's not cosmetics.

Clover Flower Extract (Biochanin A 98%) The dissolution is correct. You can use heat at about 60 degrees and not for a long time. It's okay.
