Hello, may I ask about the tone up cream formula?
The chemicals used are
1. Titanium Dioxide 250nm WaterProof™ ( Dimethicone Treated) 4%
2. Cyclopentasiloxane (Low-Odor Cyclomethicone ) 5%
3. LipidSoft ™ CC 5%
4. Glycerin 99.5% 5%
5. Propylene Glycol 5%
6. Viscolam p100 2%
7. Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide , Switzerland) 2%
8. Ethoxydiglycol (eq Transcutol) 1%
9. Phenoxy ethanol 0.5%
10. Perfume essence 1%
11. DI Water to 100%
When used, the skin appears darker and dry. I don't know what caused it. Please ask for advice.
