Mixing waterproof foundation by using ready mix in oil based, when water or sweat, ready mix color will dissolve into color, won't it?

Hello, ReadyMix is an oil based paint which water can't dissolve oil paint (water can't dissolve oil).

Mixing ISO-Lite Fast 11-12 Isoparaffin 70% with EthylAlcohol 99.9% Perfumer Grade 30% to be homogeneous and to maintain clarity, not concentrated, must there be a link or not? Do I need to use an Emulsifier ? If so, which one?
