Stabilized Vitamin C (Natural-C Glycol™) Serum precipitates

Postby kwannie.modeling » Tue Jun 04, 2019 7:06 pm

made a purchase Stabilized Vitamin C (Natural-C Glycol™) Serum about 3 months, keep in the refrigerator all the time. when taken out A small white crystal came out. but not a lot Did it precipitate? or is it normal Has been transformed into an opaque plastic bottle with a pump head. Another question has left the bottom of the serum in the original bottle provided by the company. in room temperature Let's open it to see the yellow-orange serum, not as clear as the first. Is this unusual? Leave the bottle in the room idle, the bedroom is open all day. Is this a waste? The bottle was not opened at all. Can be opened up to 3 times Because at the time of purchase, the company wrote that the packaging is 180 days old. which has only been 3 months The serum has changed color. (I don't have any photos. The bottle has been thrown away)

Hello,
has made a purchase. Stabilized Vitamin C (Natural-C Glycol™) Serum about 3 months, keep in the refrigerator all the time. when taken out A small white crystal came out. but not a lot Did it precipitate? or is it normal Transplanted into an opaque plastic bottle with a pump head
stabilized vitamin c if stored at very cold temperatures. will cause some precipitation of Vitamin C but from testing There is very little precipitation or not more than 1.5%, but members may see that it is a clear crystal. The solution is easy to shake before use. The serum will become cloudy. But it doesn't affect any performance. The formula is still effective as before. However, if you don't like seeing such crystals, you can fix it by storing it at a slightly higher temperature. (still chilled But the temperature may rise to about 7-10 degrees)
Another question. There was a serum left at the bottom of the bottle in the original bottle provided by the company. in room temperature Let's open it to see the yellow-orange serum, not as clear as the first. Is this abnormal? Leave the bottle in the room idle, the bedroom is open all day. Is this already broken? The bottle was not opened at all. Can be opened at least 3 times Because at the time of purchase, the company wrote that the packaging is 180 days old. which has only been 3 months The serum has changed color. (I don't have any photos. The bottle has been discarded)
at room temperature and exposed to light. The product may deteriorate some faster. but looks yellow is a generic level at Vitamin C is not degraded by more than 20% (which means performance is at least 80%) in case Vitamin C 100% quality degradation, colors occurring. It is an orange-brown tone. Looks yellow or light orange. So you can still use it normally.

The latest lot is kept in the normal refrigerator compartment. It precipitates in the form Is it abnormal? And the answer is that it can be shaken, but it will be cloudy. If shaken, the sediment will disappear, right?

Hello, it's not abnormal. It's normal as I explained earlier. Can be shaken to reduce sedimentation. caused by sediment spreading throughout the formula When left for a while You should come back.
