inquire about Ichthammol please say 1. Ichthammol can disperse in oil? 2. Is this substance soluble in water? Because the product information page states that it is soluble in water. But in old posts, Staff used to provide information that it can't dissolve in water. (As shown in the attached picture) Thank you for your answers in advance.

Hello Ichthammol does not dissolve well in water. The substance is thick gel texture and suitable for integration in formulas by having to have a coordinator (oil-in-water Emulsifier ) or mix it with oil.
