Hello, mix 4+6+8+10 and blend together. As part of oil, mix 7+1+2+3+5+9 and blend well. It's part of the water. Bring part of the water and part of the oil to heat at 70-80 degrees while spinning the part of the oil. Gradually add part of the water.
