I want to make a fine scrub but I want it to have bubbles and milk, 3% herbal powder, 5% chalk, salt (QS %) Glycerin [/url]e 12% Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum) ชนิดหนัก 15% Eumulgin O5 5% Propylene Glycol 5% Para-Preserve 1% The formula needs the scrub to break down into water. milk But I want it to have bubbles. PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil SulFoam™ (Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate) these two Propylene Glycol do Can it melt? or recommend which one is better

Can be used in formulas with high oil content - or Oil Milk is a substance สร้างสบู่น้ำนม The formula is entirely oil-based. There is no water in the formula.
