Alcohol 95% Ethanol 99% pure grade

Please ask that 95% alcohol ethanol pure grade 99 % can be used to make alcohol gel to wash hands? Is it effective for normal disinfection? Thank you.

Hello, to use in alcohol products, wash your hands, choose to use Alcohol 95% diluted with water. Until the concentration of 70% is enough to kill all kinds of germs.
