Alcohol is food grade or not?

Ethyl Alcohol (99.9% , 200 Proof, Perfumer Grade) with Ethyl Alcohol (95%) is food grade​ 2 pieces? Can this be taken in the mouth?

Hello, you can enter your mouth but not to be eaten directly
