have dissolved PCMX with Ethyl Alcohol until dissolved well, meaning that it dissolves completely. But when it drops into the water, it is found that it clumps as shown in the picture. Change to dissolve in Propylene Gylcol until it dissolves well. When mixed with water, there is a problem of coagulation as well. I don't know what caused it. Can this be fixed? Please give advice. Want to mix with water to use as a disinfectant instead of Dettol

Hello, because Chloroxylenol is not soluble in water. When there is water in the formula Thus causing precipitation. The method that can be done is to solder by melting Chloroxylenol in the desired solvent. (According to the trial member is available for both Ethyl Alcohol , Propylene Glycol ) therefore mixed with Emulsifier and then bring it together with water or another case is to use Chloroxylenol (PCMX) (15% Water Soluble) which will be in liquid form. and can be dissolved in water directly

1. Asking for more details. Ask for the quantity Emulsifier how many % should be used? 2.Or if you want as a liquid should be used Emulsifier which one?

Please suggest that it should be used Emulsifier which one is there? Satin Cream Maker is it available? If you want to mix it like dettol, it is % PCMX = 4.8% Please advise. Many people have problems mixing and then melting. to dissolve with water according to the steps stated But there is a problem of sediment, the staff will have to find a solution to this problem. Questions keep coming. Thank you.

Ask for more information if quantity % PCMX =4.8% It can be directly mixed with water and not mixed with other substances at all. Will it be effective for disinfecting as recommended by the WHO, or is it necessary to mix other products? Feel free to give advice.

Hello, choose to use Emulsifier type that can be used to heat all kinds of solder. The structure of the formula is as follows. Any type of Cream Maker oil that uses heat for brazing, eg Soft Cream Maker , Butter Cream Maker , Milk Lotion Maker 3-5% Propylene Glycol 5% Chloroxylenol (PCMX) (100% Powder) 0.2% water part Ingredients that are dissolved in water, water to 100% in the soldering process, both parts must be heated at the same temperature and at least 75-80 degrees. It will look like a creamy formula.
