Hello, the formula cannot be mixed because Water-Capsule must be used with Gel Maker eg Satin Cream Maker , Light Cream Maker TXC ] TXC has a high electrolyte, making it difficult to combine, as well as having to dissolve in any type of glycol, but there is no glycol in the formula.
