Please ask questions. The formula to try must consist of ISP = 8% , Silicone Oil = 5%, cocamidopropyl=1% and the rest is water. I would like to ask for advice if I want all solutions to be compatible. Is there a sequence of steps? Or do I have to put an intermediary that helps mix something? (eg
