Please inquire Make a serum with the following ingredients: Water Glycerin Propylene Glycol HydroWhite Niacinamide Alpha Arbutin Sodium Hyaluronate Xanthan Gum dl- Panthenol moist-24 ( Glycereth-26 ) Disodium EDTA Vitamin E Phenoxyethanol Anti-pollution ( Ectoin ) 24K gold Siliwax Aqua 3% Laurocapram Mild preservative lathers a lot when applied. What should I do so that there are no bubbles?
