Inquire about ActiveRelease Retinal™ ***Can it disperse in water at all? I have read the mixing process. I saw that it was written to be mixed in the oil. But when I look at the technical page, I see that it can be dispersed in both water, gel, oil. If there is no need to mix in the oil first, I will cut off the oil from the formula at all and put ActiveRelease Retinal™ down with water.

Hello, must be dispersed in the gel texture. Or creamy, there is no oil as a component in the formula, but must be blended to distribute in the gel until homogeneous. It usually takes at least 15 minutes.
