The formula has the following problems. Allantoin is water soluble not more than 0.5%. The formula contains 70% water, therefore it is soluble. Allantoin not more than 0.35% Urea The usage rate of 5% is unlikely to be suitable for the scalp. It is recommended to cut it off. Other parts are not a problem. But it is recommended to consider the suitability of use. Because the selection of ingredients is quite large. May be greasy on the scalp or hair
