dilution ratio with water to obtain glycolic acid Concentration as required Concentration, use proportion 5% 0.05 means Solution5% (Glycilic 5: Water 95) and then drop into 0.05% formula, right ..... FDA requirements for AHA : for consumers Can use no more than 5% and product pH not lower than 3.5

Hello,
means Solution5% (Glycilic 5 : Water 95) and then drops into the 0.05% formula, right?
5% in water means 95% water and Glycolic Acid Powder 5% eg water 95 g , Glycolic Acid Powder 5 gram
FDA requirements for AHA : for consumer Can be used up to 5% and product pH not lower 3.5
Request permission to modify to pH must not be lower than 3.5, but the FDA use rate does not control itself. In case of formula, there is only glycolic acid in a formula like single Soluble in water, the pH is lower than 3.5, the pH value must be adjusted to be appropriate with the addition of alkali, usually used. L-Arginine because the research found that using L-Arginine helps to adjust the pH in the formula AHA will be able to help ลดการระคายเคือง Better than using general alkali, or may consider choosing Ampho-Glycolic™ (Non-Stinging glycolic acid ) instead, you can.

proportion of use (Drop it into the formula) 0.05% means 5% glycolic when submitting, notify the FDA, is that correct?

Hello, 0.05% is 0.05%. 5% is 5%. Tell us why you use 0.05% and notify the FDA, it's 5%.
