Hair root serum 1 Biotinyl-GHK (Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1) 2. Ectoin 3. N-Acetyl Cysteine 4 Safe B3 5 Bio Mineral (TM) 6 Rosemary Water 7. Copper Peptide (GHK) 8. Menthol Water Soluble 9.sandal pentranol( Sandalore ) 10 Argan Oil 11 viscolam Once mixed, after instillation. Scalp massage, let it dry, hair is very rough and hard. Thank you.

Hello, probably from Menthol Water Soluble because when dry Menthol is probably caused by recrystallization.
