find สาร whitening that is soluble in oil. Which one is it? I will mix it in the scrub that the FDA gave whitening

Hello, you can check each ingredient page. There will be details of solubility, for example สาร whitening oil-soluble, such as Perfect-C , Sym-White , Activated Resorcinol , MSH White , Kojic Acid Dipalmitate
