I would use Phenylethyl Resorcinol (eq. Sym-White™ ) is mixed into serum but Sym-White must be soluble in oil can use shea butter water 5% can be solvent and should be used Emulsifier which one is the serum? Please advise

Hello, in the case of the formula there is shea butter water 5% mix shea butter water with Sym-White (not more than 1%) and then added to the water part of the main formula without any additional binders because shea butter water will be able to help you integrate with the recipe.
