Which one in the formula can be dissolved in Propolis Extract?

Propolis Extract dissolved in Glycerin ? How do you melt? Do I have to have heat? or just spinning together The remaining formulations consisted of only Carboxymethyl Cellulose Oil (CMC, 2000mPa.s.), a Bale plant extract. น้ำมันมะพร้าว Tri ethanol amide (TEA), which one can dissolve Propolis Extract?

Hello, I copied from the ingredients details from the website
Usage: For all products that need ลดการอักเสบของสิว ] ลดการอักเสบของสิว or reduce the chance of acne inflammation. Mixing method: Dissolve in Propylene Glycol and then mixed with water. : 0.1-2% Product form: Light color powder Solubility: Soluble in glycol eg Propylene Glycol , Butylene Glycol , insoluble in water. Storage: If long-term storage is required. keep in refrigerator Avoid direct sunlight, heat, seal the lid tightly, avoid moisture. Minimum age 24 months INCI Name: Propolis Extract (Minimum Flavonoids, HPLC : 30%)
