Hello is water soluble. Up to 15% at a temperature of 25 degrees in the case of a member's formula There will be about 50% of the water in the formula, meaning that you can put up to 7.5% (or equal to 15% of 50%) other such as is highly water soluble and easy

Hello, I can't mix. I have a problem with synchronization. and a formula like this A lot of testing is required. To see how the synergy can be stable. Liquid (40% Active Salicylic) is cationic, soldering, if you use that is anion in this formula, there will be a problem.
