Dissolving piroctone olamine

Please inquire. 1. Will dissolve Piroctone Olamine by Do not use ethanol how to dissolve it ? (to be used in Facial cream) 2. Can I have a method/step of mixing? Thank you.

Hello, I do not know the formula developed cream, what do you use to combine it and how many % of oil is there?

- use Soft Cream Maker 8% is Emulsifier . - There is about 20% oil in the formula.
