I will make a water-based room spray. The ingredients are Essential Oil , water , Flora Solve™Clear and want the smell to last for a long time so I will add Dipropylene glycol so I want to know which one to mix first. Mix Essential Oil with Flora Solve Clear and then mix. water with Dipropylene glycol and then mix the 2 parts together, is that correct and how many % of Dipropylene should be added? thank you
