Can this serum formula be mixed?

Components Hyaluronic Acid (10 kDa ) 0.5% Arginine 1% Glycine 1.5% L-Proline 1.5% Leucine 1% L-Lysine 1% Epidermal Growth Factor 4% Ethyl Ascorbic acid ( Vitamin C Ethyl Ether ) 5% Vitamin B3 6% Vitamin B5 3% Dimethylaminoethanol ( DMAE ) 4% Adenosine Liposome 3% Allantoin 0.5% Laurocapram (Water Soluble) 2% Trehalose 1% Glycerin 3% Pro Polymer™ 0.4% Wrinkle-Lax™ 0.5% Ume Extract 2% Japanese Cedar 2% Superoxide Dismutase Liposome (SOD) 5% Disodium EDTA 0.2% ActiveProtec™ UV 1% ActiveProtec™ OX 1% L-Glutathione 2% Phenoxyethanol SA 0.5% Rose Water (Rosa Damascena) 47.4% Total 100% I would like to inquire as follows - Can this formula be mixed into a gel serum that can be used with an airless pump bottle? - Is the pH of this formula expected to be lower than 6? - This formula uses Rose Water is a base serum. m Can this be done? - Can this recipe be mixed without heat or low heat? - In Rose Water Yes สารกันเสีย Phenoxyethanol already exists, do I need to add more? Hi, the formula can be mixed but Pro Polymer may be too little because it contains multiple electrolyte ingredients which may cause the formula to liquefy. may have to adjust the proportion of Pro Polymer the formula can be mixed without heat. recommended preservative Mild Preserved Eco 1% ka

Thank you very much, I would like to ask more information about using HEPES (hydroxyethyl piperazineethanesulfonic acid) is a Buffer. If added to cosmetics, it will make the formula have a pH range of 5.0-6.5, right? yes And what percentage of the formula must be at least to act as a buffer, or do I need to adjust the pH again? Thank you in advance.

Hello, adjusting pH can't answer how many % must be used, must be adjusted and actually measured.
