1. Polyhydroxystearic acid (Low Viscosity) can be mixed in Part Oil and gradually Add the pigment powder and blend it with Homogenizer Is it possible? 2. Is it necessary to warm the Part Oil or not? (Can it be made into cold process?) because I want it to be a Cold process. Thank you.
