question about citromask dissolution

bother asking for solubility Citromask 1%in Dipropylene glycol how many % do you use? I don't want to use alcohol. The formula used is Cleansing Water makeup remover The required components are PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate 10% PEG-6 Caprylic / Capric Glycerides5% Butylene Glycol 10% Niacinamide 2.5% Citromask 1% Dipropylene glycol (DPG) 1% Polyaminopropyl Biguanide 0.5% Can this formula work?

Hello, for this recipe Members can mix Citromask with MakeUp-Wash and Coco Wash before adding it into the water, you can divide the recipe into 2 parts PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate 10% PEG-6 Caprylic / Capric Glycerides5% Citromask 1% when mixed well (If you find that it doesn't mix well, stir / blend, and maybe use 50-60 degrees of heat to help blend easier), so add it to the section below. Butylene Glycol 10% Niacinamide 2.5% Polyaminopropyl Biguanide 0.5% water, the rest 100%

This means that dipropylene You don't have to put it in to help dissolve it, right?

Hello Dipropylene glycol can help dissolve Citromask , but in In case of wanting to combine with a water-based formula Coordinator is required. which in this formula Coco Wash and MakeUp-Wash will help you coordinate it. therefore do not need Dipropylene glycol serves to dissolve again
