1. Chloroxylenol (PCMX) (15% Water Soluble) 3.33% mixed with 96.67% water will have the same concentration as 4.8% regular dettol sold. right? 2.Can be applied to the skin like a crown dettol น้ำเงิน right? then mix proportionally according to the side of the bottle of crown dettol น้ำเงิน right?

So what is 3.33% because it says that the disinfection is 0.8%?
