Hello, is it available? But use a low dosage. If the dosage is too high May irritate the skin.

Please ask again. The inquiry will be Encapsulated Salicylic Acid liquid type. Can it be used with Toner (not rinsed out) or not? Because I have read the spec. Then use it in the product that washes it off. Thank you very much.
