Cosmetics Formulation Development

Currently using Coco Wash™ 5% MakeUp-Wash™ 5% for cleansing water, but still not good enough to wipe off makeup. I want to wipe it better But in the instructions should not increase more than 5% if used to wipe the face. If you want to remove makeup on your face easier, you should add % or switch to Polox-Mix™ better.
