What is the cause of the fluff?

Is this fluff caused by improper mixing or not blending properly? In the formula there is Xanthan Gum , Satin Cream Maker

The oil used contains Macadamia Nut Oil Avocado Oil Shea Butter Light Oil Evening Primrose Oil can be mixed with Second Skin and then melt it with heat?

Applying second skin to formula

Ask if we choose to use oil that is not heat resistant in the formula but wants to have in the formula. Second Skin , what should I do? If melted with heat-resistant oil, wait until it cools and then add oil that is not heat-resistant. or is there another way Thank you in advance

Ask Xanthan gum+Satin cream maker

Feel free to ask if there is a formula. Xanthan Gum + Satin Cream Maker We have to separate the water to mix the two. This before, right? In the formula, use 70% water. PS. There is 10% oil in the formula.
