Dear Customer Relations Team There are 2 things that I want to give feedback to the shop about products and services. First, I want to know if the shop has plans to improve the product label. is that the text fades very easily, after using it a few times, sometimes i have to throw away the whole bottle because I don't know what substance it is. I want the shop to see that it's not just customers who buy and use them all once. Sometimes customers buy to make a small batch to develop the formula and have to keep it for the next use many times. We say we shouldn't login. The first login to comment on this Probably someone has already informed about the second story. Sometimes we try to randomly weigh the product and see that the weight is missing. For example, ordered 100 grams, but actually weighed 95 grams, etc. Not sure if it's caused by human. Error or scale has a problem or is caused by the carelessness of employees. I want the team to check too. Everything, all of this, it is the beginning of every customer. Leave the team to consider feedback with these comments as well.
